Courts are sold by the hour, per court rather than per player. Book at the desk, on the phone, or on the sheet — the sheet is faster and it is the same diary.

Prime is weekday evenings 17:00–21:00 and weekend mornings 08:00–13:00. Everything outside that is off-peak, and off-peak at LumAce is genuinely quiet.

A Spinfire Pro 2 lives on Court 02. Oscillation, topspin and slice, feed rate down to one ball every two seconds. Two hundred balls in the hopper, which is about forty minutes of honest work.
It is not a separate booking. Add it to your hour when you reserve the court, because the machine has to stand on a court you have already got. Founding members pay nothing for it; Premier gets two hours a month included.

Six things, and that is all of them.
- Shoes
- Non-marking soles only. The desk keeps a few pairs of loaners in common sizes if you have come straight from work.
- Your hour
- The hour is the hour. Warm up inside it and be off court on the change, because someone is waiting at the door.
- Cancelling
- Free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that the court is charged in full — at that notice nobody else can take it.
- No-shows
- Charged in full, and a third no-show in a season costs you your booking window for a month.
- Guests
- A guest plays on your booking at your rate plus the guest fee. Sign them in at the desk so they are covered.
- Balls
- Bring your own or buy a tin at the desk. Members pay cost.
